Dr. Bruce B. Ochsner, M.D., founded the Center in 1986 in an effort to make quality eye care more accessible, affordable, and convenient for Wichita area residents. In 1998, Dr. David A. Kingrey, M.D., joined the Center, bringing years of eye care expertise to serve our patients. Our state-of-the-art center offers patients the most advanced equipment and technology available, including our specially designed outpatient eye surgery center. Our facility is Medicare certified and licensed by the state of Kansas. |
